Cuffing (“Cuffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a social and dating service through the Cuffing mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use the Services. It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you regarding your personal information.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Cuffing is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Cuffing and which features you choose to access.

  1. Profile information, such as profile photos, biography, interests, preferences, and other information you choose to add to your profile.

  1. User-generated content, such as messages, photos, videos, profile content, and other content you choose to create, upload, send, or share through the Services.

  1. Information you provide when participating in promotions, surveys, events, campaigns, or other activities offered through the Services.

Please do not provide information about another person unless you have the right or permission to do so.

When you use Cuffing, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  1. App version.

  1. Device and app identifiers.

D. Camera, Microphone, Photos, and Media

Certain Cuffing features may allow you to take, upload, send, or share photos, videos, audio, or other media.

When you choose to use these features, Cuffing may request permission to access relevant device functions, such as:

We access these device features only when necessary to provide the feature you choose to use and subject to the permissions you grant through your device.

If you make purchases or subscriptions through Google Play or another authorized payment provider, the payment provider may process payment information on our behalf.

Cuffing may receive transaction-related information such as:

  1. Purchase date.

  1. Refund or cancellation status.

We generally do not receive or store your complete credit card or bank account information when payments are processed directly by Google Play or another third-party payment provider.

A. With Other Users

Because Cuffing includes social and dating features, certain information you choose to provide may be visible to other users.

Depending on your profile and privacy settings, this may include:

  1. General location or region.

  1. Verification status.

Messages, photos, videos, or other content you intentionally send to another user will be made available to the intended recipient.

We do not sell personal or sensitive user information in exchange for monetary consideration.

5. Messages and User-Generated Content

Cuffing may allow users to create profiles, send messages, upload media, communicate with other users, and otherwise submit user-generated content.

To maintain a safe environment, we may use automated systems, technical tools, third-party safety services, and human review where appropriate to detect, review, moderate, investigate, or respond to content and activity involving:

  1. Fraud or scams.

  1. Spam.

  1. Harassment or threats.

  1. Impersonation.

  1. Illegal activity.

  1. Sexual exploitation.

  1. Child sexual abuse or exploitation.

  1. Other violations of our policies.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we determine that conduct violates our policies or applicable law.

Users remain responsible for the content they create, upload, send, or share through Cuffing.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Cuffing may use third-party software development kits (“SDKs”), APIs, and service providers for functions such as analytics, authentication, payment processing, crash reporting, security, verification, moderation, and infrastructure.

These providers may process limited device, usage, account, transaction, or technical information as necessary to provide their services.

We take reasonable steps to review the data practices of third-party providers and require that their handling of user information be consistent with applicable law and our obligations under Google Play policies.

Third-party services may also maintain their own privacy policies governing information they process independently.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, except for information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Any information retained after account deletion will be limited to legitimate purposes such as:

  1. Tax, accounting, or transaction recordkeeping.

  1. Resolving disputes.

  1. Responding to legal claims.

13. Child Safety Standards

Cuffing has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”).

Cuffing strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, facilitates the exploitation of, or endangers minors.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, distributing, or promoting CSAM.

  1. Grooming a minor for sexual purposes.

  1. Sexual solicitation involving minors.

  1. Sextortion involving minors.

  1. Sexual trafficking or exploitation of minors.

  1. Attempts to facilitate sexual contact between adults and minors.

  1. Content or communications that encourage, normalize, or facilitate the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report accounts, content, messages, or other safety concerns using the reporting mechanisms available within Cuffing.

Enforcement

Cuffing does not permit users under 18 to use the Services, but our child safety standards apply regardless of the stated or reported age of users involved.

14. Safety Reporting and Enforcement

Cuffing provides mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate accounts, content, messages, and behavior.

We may investigate reports and take action where appropriate, including:

  1. Issuing warnings.

  1. Removing content.

  1. Limiting account functionality.

  1. Suspending accounts.

  1. Permanently terminating accounts.

We may also use fraud-prevention, moderation, and safety systems to identify potentially harmful behavior.

Users who believe they are in immediate danger should contact their local emergency services or law-enforcement authorities.
