These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cuffing mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Cuffing Team (“Cuffing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Cuffing is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You are permitted by applicable law to use the Services.
The information you provide regarding your age and identity is accurate.
You have not previously been permanently removed from Cuffing for violating these Terms or our safety policies, unless we have expressly authorized your return.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use Cuffing.
If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or terminate that account and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of Cuffing require you to create an account.
When creating and maintaining your account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account.
Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Remain responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that information associated with it is false, misleading, fraudulent, or used in violation of these Terms.
3. License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cuffing grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal use.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:
Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the Services.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, automated systems, or similar technologies to access or interact with the Services without our authorization.
Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, availability, integrity, or security of the Services.
Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
Use the Services in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.
Cuffing may allow you to create, upload, send, publish, or otherwise provide information and content, including:
Profile information.
Photos and videos.
Messages.
Biographical information.
Reports and feedback.
Other content submitted through the Services.
Collectively, this is referred to as “User Content.”
You retain ownership of the rights you have in your User Content.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and represent that:
You have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content.
Your content does not violate applicable law.
Your content does not violate the rights of another person.
Your content complies with these Terms and our safety standards.
By submitting User Content, you grant Cuffing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, process, adapt, moderate, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
Provide and operate the Services.
Deliver the content to users you choose to interact with.
Maintain and improve the Services.
Detect fraud, abuse, and safety risks.
Moderate content and enforce our policies.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services or fulfill legitimate legal, security, or operational requirements.
Deleting your account or User Content does not necessarily remove copies that have already been delivered to or saved by other users, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Content
You agree not to use Cuffing to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe conduct.
You must not:
Impersonate another person or entity.
Misrepresent your identity, age, location, affiliation, or intentions in a materially deceptive way.
Create fake or fraudulent accounts.
Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, abuse, extort, or exploit another person.
Encourage violence or credible threats of violence.
Promote hatred or discrimination against protected groups.
Upload, distribute, or promote illegal content.
Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive schemes, or financial exploitation.
Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful links.
Send repetitive, unsolicited, or abusive spam.
Collect, scrape, or harvest another user's information without authorization.
Share another person's private or confidential information without permission.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
Circumvent account suspensions, bans, safety restrictions, or moderation actions.
Use Cuffing for unauthorized advertising, commercial solicitation, or promotional activity.
Solicit, advertise, facilitate, or arrange prostitution, escort services, or sexual services in exchange for money, goods, virtual items, or other compensation.
Share or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery.
Threaten to distribute intimate or private material.
Engage in sexual coercion, sextortion, blackmail, or exploitation.
Upload or distribute pornographic or sexually exploitative content in violation of our policies or applicable law.
Promote human trafficking or exploitation.
Engage in or facilitate illegal transactions.
Create, request, upload, possess, distribute, promote, or facilitate content involving the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors.
Use Cuffing in any manner that creates a significant risk to Cuffing, other users, or the public.
We may remove content or take action against accounts that violate these rules.
Cuffing has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”).
Cuffing strictly prohibits using the Services to create, request, upload, store, transmit, distribute, promote, facilitate, or engage in any conduct involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Creating, possessing, requesting, distributing, or promoting CSAM.
Grooming a minor for sexual purposes.
Sexual solicitation involving a minor.
Sexualized communication with a minor.
Sextortion involving a minor.
Threats, coercion, or blackmail involving sexual content and minors.
Sexual trafficking or exploitation of minors.
Attempts to arrange sexual contact between an adult and a minor.
Content or behavior that encourages, normalizes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
When Cuffing obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM, CSAE, or other serious child-safety violations, we may take appropriate action, including:
Removing or disabling access to prohibited content.
Restricting relevant account functionality.
Suspending or permanently terminating accounts.
Preserving relevant records where legally permitted or required.
Investigating related accounts or activity.
Reporting confirmed or suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations where required by applicable law.
Cuffing complies with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where required by law.

Our child-safety standards apply regardless of the stated or reported age of the individuals involved.
7. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Cuffing provides safety tools that allow users to report inappropriate accounts, content, messages, or conduct and to block other users.
You may use these tools if you encounter:
Harassment.
Impersonation.
Fraud or scams.
Inappropriate content.
Threats.
Sexual exploitation.
Suspected underage users.
Child-safety concerns.
Other violations of these Terms.
We may use automated systems, technical tools, third-party moderation services, and human review where appropriate to help identify or investigate potentially harmful activity.
After receiving a report, we may take action including:
Removing content.
Issuing warnings.
Restricting functionality.
Limiting account visibility.
Suspending accounts.
Permanently terminating accounts.
Taking other appropriate safety or legal actions.
Submitting knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.
Blocking another user generally prevents or limits further interaction through the Services but may not remove information or content previously exchanged between users.
8. Interactions With Other Users
Cuffing provides tools that allow adults to discover and communicate with other users.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other users.
Cuffing does not guarantee:
The identity of any user.
That information provided by another user is accurate.
The intentions or behavior of another user.
Compatibility between users.
Any particular friendship, relationship, conversation, meeting, or other outcome.
Certain accounts may display verification indicators or similar safety features. Verification may help us assess certain information associated with an account, but verification does not guarantee a user's identity, background, intentions, conduct, or safety.
You should use appropriate caution when communicating with people you do not know.
Never send money or disclose sensitive financial information to another user merely because you met them through Cuffing.
If you choose to interact with another user outside of Cuffing, including meeting in person, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
9. Purchases and Paid Features
Cuffing may offer subscriptions, virtual items, Tokens, or other paid digital features.
Where required by Google Play policies, purchases of digital goods or services made within the Android application will use Google Play's billing system.
Before completing a purchase, applicable pricing and material purchase terms will be presented through Cuffing or the applicable app store.
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription:
The price and billing period will be disclosed before purchase.
Your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before renewal.
Your payment method may be charged through the platform where you purchased the subscription.
You may manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through your Google Play account.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily result in a refund for the current billing period.
Any subscription benefits, duration, pricing, trial period, renewal terms, or other material conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, applicable law, and the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests and eligibility may be subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Cuffing may provide or sell virtual items or virtual currency, including Tokens (“Virtual Items”), for use within the Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Virtual Items may only be used within Cuffing.
Virtual Items are not legal tender or real-world currency.
Virtual Items cannot be exchanged with Cuffing for cash or monetary value.
Virtual Items cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged between users except where a specific Cuffing feature expressly permits such use.
Purchasing Virtual Items does not give you ownership of any portion of Cuffing or its Services.
Virtual Items may only be used for the features and purposes made available within Cuffing.
We may correct a Virtual Item balance if we reasonably determine that the balance resulted from:
A technical error.
Fraud.
Unauthorized transactions.
A reversed or refunded purchase.
Abuse of the Services.
We may modify the availability, use, or functionality of Virtual Items where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Any purchased Virtual Items remain subject to applicable platform billing and refund requirements.
Cuffing may occasionally provide promotional offers, discounts, bonus Virtual Items, free trials, or other promotions.
Promotions may:
Be available only to eligible users.
Be limited by country, account status, purchase history, or other disclosed conditions.
Have specific start and end dates.
Be subject to additional promotional terms.
Where additional terms apply, those terms will be presented with the relevant promotion.
We may prevent participation in a promotion where we reasonably determine that a user is engaging in fraud, manipulation, duplicate-account abuse, or other misuse.
12. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to some or all of the Services if we reasonably believe that:
You violated these Terms.
You violated applicable law.
Your activity creates a safety or security risk.
Your activity exposes another user or Cuffing to harm.
Your account is associated with fraud, scams, spam, or abuse.
Your account is being used by a person under 18.
You attempted to circumvent a previous enforcement action.
We are legally required to take action.
For serious violations, including child exploitation, fraud, threats, or other severe safety violations, we may permanently terminate an account without prior warning where permitted by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
You may also request deletion of your account using Cuffing's account deletion functionality or the methods described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting the application from your device does not by itself delete your Cuffing account.
Account deletion and data deletion are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in the Cuffing Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with Cuffing.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Except for User Content, the Services and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Cuffing.
This may include:
Software.
Source and object code.
Designs and interfaces.
Trademarks.
Logos.
Graphics.
Text.
Images.
Databases.
Features and functionality.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
You may not use Cuffing's trademarks, branding, logos, or proprietary materials without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
Cuffing may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including:
Google Play.
Authentication providers.
Payment services.
Analytics providers.
Verification providers.
External websites.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control, except to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep Cuffing available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption.
We may modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for:
Product improvements.
Maintenance.
Security.
Safety.
Fraud prevention.
Legal or regulatory compliance.
Technical or operational reasons.
We may also release different features, functionality, pricing, or offers to different users or regions where permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Cuffing disclaims warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Cuffing does not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Services.
That the Services will always be error-free.
The identity, intentions, honesty, conduct, or safety of any user.
Compatibility between users.
Any particular number of matches, messages, interactions, or conversations.
That using paid features will result in a match, relationship, response, or other specific outcome.
That all harmful or prohibited content will be detected or removed immediately.
That information provided by other users is accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuffing Team and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuffing's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid directly to Cuffing for the Services during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim; or
USD $100.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits such limitations, including where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer protections, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuffing Team and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of the Services.
Your User Content.
Your material violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your infringement of another person's rights.
This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection or other applicable law.
If you have a complaint, dispute, claim, or concern relating to Cuffing or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory rights available to you in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising consumer or legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:
The Services.
Applicable law or regulation.
Our safety practices.
Our business or operational practices.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Cuffing or another reasonable method where required.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, asset transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for specific features, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
